We started SLACK back in 2004, with the goal of creating alt americana rock music that would inspire and uplift people.
We - Ed Farrington, Phil Juels, Rob Hewlett, Joe True, and Barbara Farrington are always trying to play a great show for you. We love our SLACKers.

We draw inspiration from a wide range of musical genres, including rock, pop, and folk. Some of our biggest influences include Rush, Foo Fighters, Tom Petty, QOTSA, and many other bands from different eras. That is what creates the alt americana rock sound in our music.
We have written some great original songs that have been played and reviewed around the world. Like "Bar Crossed Lovers", "Anyway", and "Leaving You Tomorrow" Which have different feels, but are bedded in our style.
